About the event
In this two hour class, Jyoti will be showing you how to roll, cut, fry, and glaze/ice donuts. This in person class includes a full length video on how to prepare this brioche dough that will be emailed to you. Each person will receive half a dozen donuts to decorate and take home. We will be covering all details like frying temperature, how to store donuts, and so forth. Can’t wait to see you there! Snacks and refreshments will be included :)
